Customer Experience Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Plymouth Office. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience, from initial contact to purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over email, or on the phone
- Promote products and services to maximise sales revenue
- Propose ideas for local marketing and assist with recruitment where necessary
- Carry out basic administration on our systems
What We Offer:
- Competitive rates of pay reviewed annually (£35,000 - £40,000)
- Quarterly bonuses averaging around 10-12%
- Holiday entitlement increasing with length of service
- An on-site parking facility
