HR and Payroll Team Lead

Loc8me is an ever-growing student lettings company with a strong presence nationwide. We aim to provide innovative and industry-leading accommodation experiences for our students and landlords. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office accounts team.
About The Role:
- This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Financial Director and Operations Director.
- You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our branch teams.
- Your duties will include delivering high-quality administrative support and contributing to end-to-end payroll processing.
Key Requirements:
- Proven organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in accounting and financial administration (desired). A background in PAYROLL is MANDATORY with a focus on END-TO-END PROCESSING.
- Understanding of basic HR principles.
- Able to work independently and motivate yourself.
- Skilled at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
