Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team at Loc8me. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Financial Director and Operations Director, providing exceptional service to our branch teams. Your main duties will include building strong working relationships, delivering high-quality administrative support, and participating in end-to-end payroll processing.

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in accounting and financial administration (preferable).
  • PAYROLL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL WITH END-TO-END PROCESSING INVOLVED.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in your approach to work.
