Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Youth Rehabilitation Team Lead to join our team in Loughborough. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote exceptional care and support for our clients. Your expertise will help us maintain our Good Ofsted rating and continue to deliver outstanding services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners to promote our services and values

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a social care or healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
