We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead - Learning Disability to join our team based in Loughborough, Leicestershire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and managing a team of dedicated professionals.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work across 7 days per week.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 35 days with long service
  • Service-related sick pay when 6-month probation is completed
  • Eligibility to join Mencap Pension Plan
  • Membership of Mencap Pension Plan to include up to 3 times salary death in service live cover and Income Protection of 50% salary to be triggered at 26 weeks of long-term sickness

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with staff and the people we support.
