About the Role:

As a Night Care Supervisor at HC-One, you will be responsible for leading our care team to provide personalized care to our residents. With your previous care experience, you will be able to meet and exceed our residents' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the care team to provide high-quality care to residents
  • Ensure that all care plans are up-to-date and implemented
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report any concerns or issues related to resident care

Requirements:
  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
