Job Description:

We are seeking an Experienced Homecare Professional to join our team at the Sheffield office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering our domiciliary care service, working closely with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high-quality, user-focused domiciliary care service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure effective care delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in care coordination or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
