Homecare Assistant Professional

About the Role

As a Homecare Assistant Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our clients. This will include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet, as well as helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing individual care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50 per hour, plus 25p mileage, which is dependent on service and location. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, and a cycle to work scheme.
