TRCGroup is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Provision Operations Lead to join our team in Sheffield. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the domiciliary care service, including recruiting, training, and managing a team of care workers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Homecare Manager to take on a leadership role and drive the success of our team. You will have prior experience as a Registered Homecare Manager, excellent skills and knowledge of the job role, and proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector.

You will work closely with our team to agree and deliver clear service and growth objectives, while maintaining high standards of professional practice that promote a caring environment for service users.

Responsibilities
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of care workers
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Monitoring the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • Acting as a point of contact for service users, their families, and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and compassionate manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Registered Homecare Manager
  • Excellent skills and knowledge of the job role
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams within the social care sector
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively
  • A strong understanding of current legal responsibilities and standards, with a focus on person-centred care
