About the Job

As a Homecare Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care services that meet the unique needs of each client. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, and supporting clients with daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering person-centered care and are committed to making a real difference in our clients' lives.

Salary and Benefits

You'll receive a competitive salary of approximately £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid training and shadowing, enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, and access to our benefits and well-being platform.

Requirements
  • No prior social care experience is necessary - we're interested in your compassion and ability to care.
  • You'll need to be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
