Job Title: Homecare Specialist
We are recruiting for a Homecare Specialist to join our dedicated team at Springfield Healthcare Careers. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

About the Role
As a Homecare Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans, working closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. You should have excellent communication skills, a patient and understanding approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £27,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
As a Homecare Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering personalized care plans and assessments
* Providing support with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Managing medications and promoting healthy lifestyles
* Maintaining accurate records and reports

Location & Working Hours
This role is based in the Sheffield area, covering postcodes S7, S8, S12, S13, and S17. The working hours are flexible, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
