Retirement Living Lodge Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to owners.
- Organising activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of our residents.
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Coordinating the development and managing contractors.
- Completing health and safety checks and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
About You
We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health and social care sectors would be advantageous.
