Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients using online meetings, telephone calls, and client user forums.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management experience within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of sales or related achievement operating in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market or UK Public Healthcare sector would be an advantage but are not essential.
What We Offer:

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, bonus structure based on individual performance and company results, comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, health cash plan, personal pension plan, and income protection plans.
