Role Overview:
Pareto, a leading global organisation, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their team as Sales Development Representatives. This role involves going above and beyond to win new business in specialised markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Focussed on lead generation and booking appointments within the Care industry
Prospecting and discussing opportunities with which to apply the company's solutions
Serve as the first point of contact within the prospect's journey - identifying need and presenting the business's value proposition
Adeptly utilise the company's CRM and Salesforce Platforms
Follow up on warm, inbound leads generated from marketing and referrals
Engage with businesses', showcasing existing profiles and success to win more market share
Become an expert in your market - you'll be provided with everything you need for this - you just bring the right attitude for learning

Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
