Sales Development Representative

About the Role
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative position at Arctic Wolf is the first interaction that prospective Enterprise customers have with our company. Our team is comprised of dedicated, hard-working individuals who strive for outstanding achievement and success in sales and beyond. We are seeking self-motivated, flexible, and creative sales team members who are eager to build their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify, capture, and generate a high volume of leads and opportunities through marketing and outbound activities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and handle common objections to close meetings.
- Relay prospective lead information to sales team members for further validation of opportunity alignment.
- Research accounts to prospect using buying intent technology and outbound calling and emailing expectations.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customer.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and social media communication skills.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking system.
