Job Description
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, effectively managing relationships and providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will encompass coordination with sales, technical support, and development teams to deliver outstanding service and identify opportunities for upselling our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial project to ongoing support and beyond.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  • Work closely with technical support and development teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective project implementation.
  • Lead calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell Zynk products and services based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
