Aerospace Sales Professional
">About the Role:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an established manufacturer in the aerospace industry. As an Aerospace Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing existing relationships to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be technically minded, and possess a genuine personality that can engender trust easily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize company database and self-generated leads to schedule appointments and discuss products.
- Attend sales meetings and promote the company's wider aspects via the roadshow vehicle.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress to the Managing Director.
- Liaise with manufacturing, production, and transport teams on lead times.
- Attend functions, meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the business.
- Work with the accounts team to ensure customer viability and payment status.
- Maintain the CRM with sales activity.
- Produce quotations and follow up accordingly.
Requirements:
- Be technically minded to speak at a Director level.
- Be highly proactive and focused in sales activity.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and reporting ability.
- Possess a genuine and likeable personality.
Benefits:
This role is based in the UK and offers a competitive salary of approximately £40,000 plus commission. Additionally, you will receive BUPA healthcare and 25 days' holiday per annum.
