Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement & Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Accor Hotels.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new hotel clients, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery of services. Additionally, you will conduct regular price benchmarks and market analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Integration:
    • Oversight of the onboarding process for new hotel clients, guaranteeing timely and efficient integration.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Conducting regular price benchmarks and market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and inform strategic decisions.
    • Improvement and update of online content to enhance usability and accuracy for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation to support purchasing activities and customer integration processes.
    • Preparation and presentation of reports on key performance metrics, customer integration progress, and operational improvements.
    • Effective communication with hotel clients and suppliers to address queries, gather data, and facilitate smooth interactions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or sales operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to conduct detailed market analysis and benchmarking.
Benefits Package

A comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, bonus, season ticket loans, technology save scheme, financial wellbeing scheme, subsidised gym membership, private medical healthcare, pension, complimentary hotel stays, hybrid working, and additional remote working opportunities up to 12 days within Europe per year.
