We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Education Specialist to join our team at Empower Family Group. As an Outdoor Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering bespoke outdoor education packages for children and young people with additional learning needs and/or emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Our team at Empower Family Group is dedicated to providing high-quality learning and outdoor experiences that empower young people to reach their full potential. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for outdoor education and has a proven track record of delivering engaging and effective programs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, delivering outdoor education programs, and ensuring the provision of safe, healthy, and stimulating environments. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to positively engage and motivate young people, and a commitment to empowering children and young people.
