Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of £25-£35 per hour, commensurate with experience, for this exciting opportunity. This will include a 9-12 month fixed-term contract, providing a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in medicines management.

Job Description

This role will involve working as part of a dynamic community mental health team, delivering a medicines optimisation service to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients across the region. You will work closely with our wider pharmacy team and integrated multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative working practices and improve medicines optimisation. A recognised medicines management qualification is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BTEC/NVQ level 3 in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent
  • Accredited checking qualification
  • Current registration with GPhC
  • Medicines management/Medicines Reconciliation qualification or willingness to work towards
  • CPPE consultation skills qualification or equivalent
