**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced clinical pharmacist with hospital ward experience to join our supportive pharmacy NHS Hospital team in Essex. As a Mental Health Pharmacist - Band 7/8a, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy support to mental health wards. Your duties will include medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize medication use in mental health patients, and supporting pharmacy technicians and ATO staff with medication reviews and checking duties.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A Band 7/8a level pharmacist with previous hospital ward experience is essential. While mental health experience is not required, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your skills in this area.
