Key Responsibilities- Manage the diaries of senior staff members, coordinate meetings, and arrange events using the full Office 365 suite.
- Maintain electronic office filing systems and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Produce action notes and meeting records, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Act independently with confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and high-quality work.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure effective delivery of work and provide cross-cover support when needed.
- Provide PA and general business support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Communicate and engage effectively with a range of people, including internal and external staff and stakeholders.
- Organise meetings and events, and produce reports, papers, minutes, and action logs as required.
- Support the development of systems and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in internal working groups and projects, representing the team or region as needed.
- Carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting, presenting findings in an agreed manner.
- Contribute to effective information management and assist with the dissemination and/or collation of information/returns.
- Organise and control own workload, ensuring deadlines are observed and duties performed efficiently.
As a member of our team, you will receive a salary of £26,464, plus a contribution of £7,666 towards your Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
