HR Advisor Job Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is delighted to represent a fast-paced manufacturing organisation in the Wolverhampton area, seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and HR Director to ensure a smooth and proactive HR Service for the business.
  • Undertake various HR Administration duties, providing an advisory service to the HR department.
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, wellbeing, and employee relations, liaising with recruitment agencies when necessary.
  • Work in partnership with managers to help resolve and advise upon HR queries, providing relevant KPI information to those who request.
  • Support the management of HR casework and assist with the creation of management reports.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3/5 is desirable.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a HR advisory role, with demonstrable HR advisory experience.
  • Excellent team working skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.
