About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Minimum full AAT qualification to fully qualified (ICAEW or ACCA)
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year's experience within an accountancy practice
