About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Business Coordinator to join our team at Bibby Financial Services Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records and data within our CMS, adhering to GDPR guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support and Pay Out teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient business operations
  • Perform administrative tasks, including registering and deleting HPI interest for assets, scanning signed agreements, and posting paperwork
Requirements
  • Knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in customer service and communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new skills
