About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide information on our products and services, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to manage and track sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and quotations, to drive sales momentum.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generating insightful sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents, such as presentations, proposals, and contracts, to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with various departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing existing client relationships and follow-ups to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Support: Manage routine tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements, to ensure efficient sales operations.
