About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Associate to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to manage and track sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and quotations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generating insightful sales reports to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Communication: Liaise effectively with various departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing existing client relationships and follow-ups to drive business growth.
  • Administrative Support: Manage routine tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
