A prestigious organization operating in the environmental services sector is seeking a Program Coordinator to enhance its expanding delivery team.
Ideal candidates will possess a background in program coordination with a focus on IT, Systems, and/or Financial initiatives, preferably with experience in ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding and experience across all phases of the program life cycle, including the formulation of business cases and project initiation.
- Demonstrated success in delivering programs effectively.
- Exhibit adaptability in work approaches.
- Make informed decisions, assess risks appropriately, and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to efficiently identify, manage, and execute a variety of IT, Systems, and Financial programs within established timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the management and delivery of multiple programs and organizational change, including the coordination of project resources.
- Maintain comprehensive program plans, emphasizing interdependencies.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, proactively suggesting mitigations and escalating issues as necessary.
- Partner with financial leadership to determine resource needs and ensure adequate allocation.
- Oversee the overall program budget.
- Manage alterations in program scope, costs, resources, and timelines within the framework of established governance and change control protocols.
- Develop a communication strategy for each program to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed efficiently.
- Work with stakeholders to validate that programs are feasible and meet quality and scope expectations. Present various options to stakeholders, including cost assessments, risk/benefit analyses, and evaluations of the impact of changes.
- Formulate business cases, considering opportunities, potential risks, and the identification of necessary processes and resources.
- Engage in personal development and training as needed.
- Undertake any additional duties as required.
