Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at our venues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective food and beverage strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage food and beverage inventory, including ordering and stock control, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and sales analysis.
