Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a Mental Health Practitioner for Inpatient Care, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with complex mental health needs.

Your primary focus will be on working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,517 - £53,219 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of mental health theory and practice.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our goal is to provide you with a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and make a meaningful contribution to our team.
