Young Adult Care Coordinator

We are seeking a Young Adult Care Coordinator to join our team at Innovate Care Group, a leading provider of complex care services.
This role involves coordinating the care and support of a young woman with complex learning disabilities and non-verbal communication, enabling her to live as independently as possible and achieve her full potential.
You will work closely with a close-knit team to deliver her personalised care plan, which includes activities such as yoga, swimming, music therapy, and collaborating with a top London orchestra.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident driver with a valid UK driving license and fully COVID vaccinated to ensure safety and compliance with health protocols.
The estimated salary for this role is £14.65 per hour.
As a Young Adult Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as Intensive Interaction and Makaton Signing, and contribute to a pioneering team that is transforming complex care through innovation and expertise.
