About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, ensuring the well-being and safety of service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring service users' needs are met and they participate in daily activities.
  • Be responsible for the care, welfare, and safety of service users and staff.
  • Act as a case coordinator, reviewing and updating person-centered support plans to ensure they align with individual needs.
  • Undertake monthly supervisions with staff and participate in appraisal programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one.
  • Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
  • The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
  • The passion to work with vulnerable adults.
