About the Role
Norwood is offering an exciting opportunity for a Residential Care Manager to join our team at Ravenswood Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the care team, including supervising support workers, and implementing person-centred plans. They will also be involved in recruiting and training new staff members and assisting the Home Manager with administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in care and support of adults with Learning Disabilities, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of current legislation.
