Adult Care Services Manager Shifts

We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Care Services Manager Shifts to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative care pathways that empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,600, based on a 40-hour workweek and £12.50 per hour. This figure reflects the company's commitment to providing competitive compensation packages that recognize the value of our employees' skills and expertise.
As a successful candidate, you will have a Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification, along with extensive experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviors, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues. You will also possess strong leadership skills, ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our adult care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the development of new staff through effective mentoring and coaching.
