Quantum Care is a leading provider of high-quality care services for older adults in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and possess a positive attitude. As a Care Worker Specialist, you will provide personalized support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.
We offer a competitive salary range of £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and recognition of career milestones.
