As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, managing complex medical conditions, and contributing to the development of effective healthcare services.

Key Job Duties
  • Manage patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions, utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Request and interpret pathology services as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Conduct consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, or video calls, as well as home visits.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a registered nurse qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Possess a post-graduate diploma or degree for Advanced Practice Qualification.
  • Be a qualified independent nurse prescriber, listed on the NMC register.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of health promotion strategies and PGDs.
Salary and Perks

Estimated annual salary: £48,000 - £58,000, based on experience and qualifications.
