Customer Service Advisor Role

Yorkshire Water is seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Collections Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate payment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from customers across the Yorkshire region, providing professional and high-quality service.
  • Use influencing and negotiation skills to agree realistic payment plans and identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water.
  • Review customer collection processes, manually monitoring accounts to ensure accurate and timely payments.
