This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys being part of a team and working with employees, clients, and is enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about their work.

The successful candidate will assist the Talent & Culture Manager with onboarding, administrative duties, and ad hoc projects. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, supporting line managers, liaising with external legal support, providing monthly updates, and documenting procedures.

This role requires a strong individual who can drive improvement and ensure best service. The ideal candidate should be CIPD qualified, have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, and previous experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations cases, end-to-end, including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
  • Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with our external legal support.
  • Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
  • Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified and excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
  • Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Advisor in Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen through previous roles.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Fluent in English - spoken & written.
