Job Description

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is seeking an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join their team. This role involves managing estates to monitor and reduce ASB cases, working with noise nuisance, and conducting thorough investigations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ASB cases, knowledge of the 3-stage warning system, and the ability to write up cases for presentation in court.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting investigations into reported cases of Anti-Social Behaviour
  • Working closely with Neighbourhood Officers and Caretakers to detect ASB and other suspicious behaviour
  • Developing and implementing strategies to prevent and enforce anti-social behaviour

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, including those surrounding noise nuisance, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
