Early Years Development Specialist

**About the Role**
We are looking for a skilled Learning and Skills Coach to join our team in Herefordshire.
The successful candidate will have a teaching qualification and experience in working with families and children.
This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) requiring travel across Herefordshire.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Family Learning and Caring for Children courses to families
- Build relationships with participants to promote bonding and attachment with their children
- Collaborate with professionals from various organisations to provide holistic support
Qualifications and Experience:
- Teaching qualification and Level 3 or above Early Years Qualification
- Strong relationship management skills and empathy for participants
- Basic IT skills and good administration skills
