Early Years Educator

Riverside Training is seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Apprentice Early Years/Nursery Practitioner, you will work closely with a small group of pre-school children in a rural setting, fostering their all-round development and high standards of care.
This role involves play-focused learning activities with children, preparing resources, and working as part of a team with flexibility and cooperation. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting child progress, maintaining excellent communication with parents/carers, and creating a stimulating environment.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and the chance to work with a dedicated team of educators.
