Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Coordinator to join our team at Accountability Recruitment. This role is ideal for a professional looking to grow their portfolio and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their accounting needs.
  2. Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial accounts, including CT600 and company secretarial documents, as well as sole trader accounts and self-assessment tax returns.
  3. Team Support: Collaborate with junior team members to review and improve work quality, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  4. Communication: Liaise with clients and HMRC to resolve queries and provide timely updates on account progress.
  5. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-leading software such as IRIS, Xero, Sage, and others to streamline bookkeeping processes and ensure data accuracy.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
