Grocery Industry Business Development Leader

The People Co. is seeking a highly motivated Senior National Account Manager to join its team in the UK. This role offers a challenging opportunity to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
**Job Description**
This role requires a proven track record of managing key accounts, negotiating and agreeing on Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and overseeing the sell-in and execution of new product launches.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage key grocery accounts with full ownership and accountability.
- Negotiate and agree on JBPs to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee the successful execution of new product launches.
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of FMCG experience working with grocery multiples.
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
**Estimated Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
