About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the position of Holiday Lettings Regional Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in Northumberland, the Scottish Borders, and Dunbar.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our holiday cottages and promoting them as desirable vacation options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through local networking and relationship-building with estate agents and other key suppliers.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract new clients.
  • Provide expert advice and support to new property owners on how to effectively market and sell their properties as holiday lets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and marketing efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing and promotional skills, with experience in creating effective campaigns to engage target audiences.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as CRM systems and marketing tools.
