New Business Development Opportunity

Cracking Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Growth Manager to join our team in the Travel & Tourism industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and winning new business across Northumberland, Scottish Borders, and up to Dunbar.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently from their home office based in Berwick Upon Tweed.

About the Role:
  • Develop and win new business across the designated area with potential average earning: £45k - £50k
  • Build relationships with prospective new property owners and promote our excellent branding
  • Self-generate leads, convert warm leads, and effectively manage sales pipelines
  • Identify and source new clients through local networking and partnerships with estate agents and suppliers
Key Benefits:
  • A basic salary of approximately £45k with uncapped OTE (average earning: £45k - £50k)
  • A fully expensed company car
  • 25 days' holiday plus all Bank Holidays
  • Additionalsales incentives through months and quarters
