Job Summary: Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our Transactional Finance team in Sheffield. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for processing and managing the monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll, including calculating deductions, processing new hires and terminations, and administering employee benefits.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Query Resolution: Analyze and resolve payroll or benefit-related queries, providing excellent customer service to employees and colleagues.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues across the business, providing a high level of employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Payroll Experience: A full understanding and experience of payroll processing and legislation, including IRIS payroll software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and employees.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time constraints and work to deadlines.
