We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Portfolio Payroll. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our organisation.

This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week, 29 hours per week. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of payroll tasks, working to multiple deadlines and providing comprehensive advice to employees on payroll queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical skills: proficiency in relevant systems and strong Excel skills are essential.
  • Support the payroll department in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Client payroll experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Provide expert advice to employees on payroll-related matters, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Manual and automated calculations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
