Job Title: Payroll & HR Administrator Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized Payroll and HR Administrator to join our HR team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and administering payroll for employees in various global regions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and handling employee payroll queries and discrepancies. Additionally, the candidate will support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and managing benefits programs. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and administer payroll for employees in various global regions
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including maintaining up-to-date records of wages, bonuses, deductions, and tax compliance
  • Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and managing benefits programs
  • Prepare and submit payroll and HR reports, working closely with the HR and Finance teams
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally within a multinational environment
  • Strong proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, SAP) and HR management systems
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
