FYXER is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Operations Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional executive support to our clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AI and automation tools to manage complex client calendars, proactively alerting users to deadlines and automating reminders.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-stakes meetings, leveraging software for tasks such as transcription, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Employ AI to monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails, managing complex schedules with precision and ensuring seamless communication.
- Plan and coordinate complex business travel, combining human logic with AI-powered tools to optimize routes, manage itineraries, and ensure a positive travel experience for clients.
- Plan and execute local and international events, ensuring efficiency and precision in event coordination.
- Provide proactive administrative and office management services, adapting to each client's digital ecosystem and operational needs.
- Support clients in research, business development, marketing, supplier management, HR, recruitment, and project management, driving data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- AI and tech savvy, with proficiency in AI tools, automation platforms, and digital integration.
- Experience in fast-paced roles, with a proven track record of managing complex tasks.
- Executive support expertise, preferably in tech-driven environments where AI tools are an integral part of the workflow.
