Job Description

Reed is partnering with a leading organization in Cheltenham to find a Senior HR Advisor/HRBP to support the HR business partner and team of advisors on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries and provide expert guidance to the HR team.
  • Support the HR advisors with recruitment and ensure all documents are compliant with company policies.
  • Sit in on grievance/disciplinary meetings and take minutes to maintain accurate records.
  • Review and update procedures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the HR business partner with operational day-to-day administration and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
  • Work closely with a business that has a workforce of approximately 500 staff members.
Requirements:
  • Experience in operational HR with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Confident reviewing and updating policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Familiarity with grievance and disciplinary procedures and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of people.
  • Strong administration and MS Office skills to maintain accurate records and provide administrative support.
  • The ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility for hybrid working arrangements.
